All machines bought from TJC Equipment & Systems are sold with a full 12 month 'parts and labour' Canada-wide warranty provided by TJC Equipment & Systems.

For customers outside Canada, direct customers are covered by a 12 month ‘parts only’ warranty.

​TJC Equipment & Systems warrants that the goods are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Unless otherwise mentioned, the warranty period shall be 12 months. TJC Equipment & Systems will not be liable for any breach of warranty if the customer has altered the goods in any way without the consent of KeyChoc.

Crating and shipping costs will be included in your quote. Duties, GST, and any other applicable government charges are calculated by customs and you will be contacted directly to arrange payment upon import.

At the time of order, TJC Equipment & Systems will provide estimated lead times and delivery dates. These timelines are provided as accurately as possible but may be subject to change due to manufacturing schedules and shipping conditions. In the event of a delay, we will keep you informed and work to ensure your equipment is delivered as soon as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered once equipment has been ordered, manufactured, or shipped. If a return is approved under exceptional circumstances, any applicable refund will be processed minus restocking fees, shipping, and any associated costs.

Returns

Due to the nature of our equipment, returns are not typically accepted. In certain cases, return requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to restocking fees and shipping costs.

Cancellations

All orders placed with TJC Equipment & Systems are subject to confirmation. Orders may be cancelled if the request is made prior to shipping. Once an order has been processed for shipment or has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
